It provides businesses with multi-IBAN accounts, high-yield savings, business cashback, team cards, and accounting integrations, while individuals can manage wealth through global stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, cashback, and personalised financial insights.
задачи
Set up and run the online community space for business owners, founders, CFOs, and finance leaders, and grow active, high-quality membership;
Own the event engine, including webinars, CFO Clubs, executive dinners, and workshops, in coordination with Marketing and Sales;
Drive engagement and retention through content and programs, including member-co-created content;
Design nurture programs, build clean hand-offs of qualified leads to Sales, and build attribution from community to utilisations and revenue;
Surface member insights to Product, Sales, and Marketing to sharpen the offer and messaging;
Measure and report on community health and its commercial impact, including leads, SQLs, utilisations, and referrals.
требования
Proven track record in B2B community building with clear commercial intent, including measurable membership, engagement, or pipeline results;
Strong background in content-led growth and event operations, from webinar production to in-person dinners and workshops;
Hands-on experience running a community platform such as Discord, Slack, or similar as an admin or moderator;
Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce for lead tracking and attribution;
Deep familiarity or affinity with tech and finance leader personas, including CFOs, Finance Ops, and founders;
Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Sales, and Product, with confidence operating cross-functionally;
Fluent in English;
Nice to have: German, an existing network or credibility among CFOs, founders, or finance leaders, background in fintech or B2B SaaS, comfort with community and marketing analytics, funnel metrics, and attribution modeling.
