- Administer the CRM system;
- Manage and maintain the customer database;
- Coordinate managers’ work by tracking statistics on their activities, calls, and comments;
- Coordinate the flow of notifications among managers;
- Analyze information about the company’s clients in Excel and Google Docs;
- Prepare reports on managers’ performance and client interactions.
требования
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Docs;
- Knowledge of Polish and Russian;
- Initiative;
- Attention to detail.

- Work schedule: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m;
