SoftConstruct operates VBET, a regulated online gambling brand serving key European markets.

• Define and execute a holistic regional marketing strategy for Denmark and Sweden;
• Manage the regional marketing budget and optimize capital allocation, spend efficiency, ROI, and profitability;
• Oversee PPC, SEO, Social, Affiliate, CRM, PR, Events, and Sponsorships;
• Drive consistent brand messaging, positioning, and identity across markets and customer touchpoints;
• Build and optimize end-to-end funnels for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention;
• Lead competitor intelligence and customer research to identify growth opportunities;
• Adopt MarTech tools and methodologies;
• Partner with Product, Sales, IT, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Country Managers;
• Establish analytics frameworks and deliver performance insights to C-level executives and the Board;
• Ensure marketing practices comply with local industry regulations and Responsible Gaming standards;
• Perform hands-on marketing work for the region in addition to managing the function.

• 8–10+ Years of progressive marketing experience;
• At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role managing P&L budgets within iGaming, Online Gambling, or a highly regulated digital industry;
• Proven success developing marketing strategies that delivered measurable revenue growth, high ROI, and market expansion;
• Deep hands-on knowledge of full-funnel digital channels and traditional media;
• Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics platforms such as GA4 and AppsFlyer;
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, and Power BI;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications;
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal;
• Strong commercial acumen and focus on exceeding ambitious KPIs;
• Ability to make critical, data-driven decisions in a fast-changing market;
• Ability to remain structured and calm under pressure;
• Nice to have: MBA or equivalent advanced degree, proficiency in Danish or Swedish.
