• Lead and scale SEO across multiple brands, projects, and international markets;
• Own the SEO strategy, organic growth, revenue impact, team development, processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Content, Analytics, and Development.

• Have 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience;
• Have 2+ years managing SEO teams or departments;
• Demonstrate strong expertise in technical, content, international SEO, and link building;
• Bring experience with large-scale, multi-brand projects;
• Have strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, KPI management, and SEO economics;
• Possess an analytical and business-oriented mindset;
• Have experience in iGaming;
• English B2 required.
