задачи
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and brand positioning across fintech/payments and iGaming;
- Manage event marketing, including trade shows, exhibitions, sponsorships, and lead generation;
- Build content, digital presence, and demand generation;
- Build the marketing function and team as the company scales.
требования
- Proven experience in the fintech/payments industry; this is non-negotiable;
- Experience building marketing from an early stage rather than only executing an existing playbook;
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation;
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach;
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
- Understanding of the iGaming industry;
- Fluent Russian language.
