• Manage and regularly update exhibition websites with news, announcements, and press releases;
• Plan, create, and coordinate email marketing campaigns;
• Develop and manage SMM and digital marketing campaigns;
• Plan and implement marketing and advertising activities;
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans;
• Prepare creative briefs for designers and oversee the production of marketing and print materials, including brochures and invitations;
• Communicate and build relationships with exhibitors and event participants;
• Support visitor acquisition campaigns, including telemarketing activities;
• Collaborate with the PR Manager on PR content and media materials;
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners to increase event visibility;
• Develop business event programmes in collaboration with the Sales team;
• Coordinate buyer and hosted buyer programmes;
• Work with industry associations, chambers, and other partners to secure informational and promotional support;
• Identify and establish relationships with new media partners;
• Develop marketing materials and toolkits for project teams;
• Coordinate with external agents and partners involved in event promotion;
• Develop creative concepts, promotional formats, and partnership opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors.

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, or a related field;
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, communication channels, and promotional tools;
• Experience conducting marketing research and analysing data;
• Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
