Drive the hotel’s brand reputation, positioning, and visibility across media, content, digital, consumer marketing, and partnerships;
Oversee media and public relations, liaising with local and overseas media, colleagues, the public, and relevant stakeholders;
Manage media requirements to drive positive publicity and awareness;
Oversee collateral production and other marketing communications;
Oversee the social media channel strategy and promote the hotel through positive, engaging content;
Promote the hotel’s image through publicity, partnerships, and awareness campaigns;
Communicate with MOHG Communications Offices and PR Agencies to achieve effective print and online media exposure;
Manage all agencies, including PR and graphic design agencies;
Line-manage the Digital & Social Media Executive.
