задачи
- Coordinate SMM, outreach, content, and geo teams;
- Launch content, community, and influencer campaigns;
- Manage B2B advertising for affiliate lead generation;
- Control budgets, deadlines, priorities, and campaign execution;
- Manage a team of 5+ people and improve marketing processes;
- Track performance and report on results.
требования
- 2–3+ Years of experience in marketing or project management;
- Experience managing 5+ people across multiple markets;
- Strong execution and organizational skills;
- Experience with marketing budgets;
- End-to-end influencer, content, and community campaign experience;
- Connections in the gaming/gambling KOL/streamer space;
- High ownership, independence, and analytical thinking;
- Russian/Ukrainian at C1–C2 level;
- English at B2+ level;
- Nice to have: SEA, LatAm, or CIS experience, affiliate marketing background, experience with freelance creators.
