marketing manager in premium beauty and wellness brands

Venora Maison represents and distributes premium beauty and wellness brands across the South Caucasus and Central Asian markets. Its portfolio includes L’Occitane en Provence, Erborian, Sol de Janeiro, Melvita, ELEMIS, and other global brands.

• Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets;
• Manage and coordinate marketing activities for multiple brands and markets;
• Lead Digital, SMM, Content, PR, Influencer Marketing, CRM, Events, and Retail Marketing;
• Coordinate the work of the marketing team, designers, agencies, and external partners;
• Manage the marketing calendar and oversee project timelines and quality;
• Evaluate the results and effectiveness of marketing activities and analyze KPIs and ROI;
• Implement modern AI, automation, and digital tools, improve marketing process efficiency, and develop the team’s AI capabilities.

• At least 5 years of marketing experience;
• Experience working with international/global brands is mandatory;
• Strong team and project management skills, analytical thinking, and thorough knowledge of digital marketing;
• Good knowledge of modern marketing trends, the digital ecosystem, and new technologies;
• Practical experience with AI tools and the ability to implement them effectively in workflows;
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, demonstrate a high level of responsibility, and manage multiple projects effectively;
• Professional working proficiency in English and Russian;
• Nice to have: experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Luxury, or Premium Retail.
