RG Brands provides food and beverage services. The Local Marketing Manager connects the Marketing BU with regional points of sale and supports brand execution across the region.
задачи
Conduct regular field visits to DS and MT points of sale, auditing product availability, branding, planogram compliance, and competitor activity;
Monitor promotional activity execution and trade investment compliance against approved mechanics and SLAs;
Coordinate with RSMs, distributors, and local vendors on POS material production and placement;
Organize local activations and events, including point-of-sale loyalty programs;
Prepare regular reports using standardized master files, covering KPI performance, in-store insights, and optimization recommendations;
Ensure brand consistency across all regional touchpoints;
Manage the local marketing budget and timelines within the approved plan;
Track promo compliance, hero SKU coverage (WSD), TMI productivity, reporting timeliness and quality, and closure rates for corrective actions from field audits.
требования
Experience in trade or local marketing, promotion management, and merchandising;
Ability to interpret market data, including Nielsen and internal analytics, and turn it into actionable recommendations;
Strong negotiation skills with points of sale, distributors, and local vendors;
Discipline in working with standardized formats and deadlines;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
Nice to have: Knowledge of the local language and understanding of regional market specifics.
