• Lead and manage a team of performance marketing specialists, providing mentorship and support
• Oversee and optimize advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and others to maximize performance and align with key business KPIs
• Develop and execute paid search strategies, using data-driven decision-making and continuously optimizing campaigns
• Work autonomously to deliver key performance goals
• Collaborate with operations, growth, and content marketing teams to optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates
• Align paid search campaigns with business KPIs, focusing on Margin, TACOS, Sales, and ROAS
• Propose new test ideas, explore emerging technologies, and identify potential partners or advertising solutions
• Optimize internal processes within the marketing department
• Ensure accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reporting

• Strong hands-on experience in Paid Search marketing using Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Yandex Direct, or Amazon Ads
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Experience presenting advertising campaign outcomes to internal stakeholders or external clients
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to scale advertising campaigns while maintaining efficiency and performance
• Ability to define technical requirements for analysts to automate reporting processes
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent English
