performance marketing manager for banking products

Deutsche Bank is a financial services organization whose retail bank is expanding digital sales across its core products.

• Implement, execute, manage, and optimize performance campaigns on leading social media platforms, especially Meta and TikTok;
• Develop the strategic roadmap for paid social activities and derive growth initiatives for the digital sales of the retail bank;
• Develop cross-channel creative and creator strategies and continuously evolve them with internal stakeholders and external agency partners;
• Design and manage testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, campaign approaches, and platform features;
• Enable structured knowledge transfer within the organization;
• Develop platform-specific measurement concepts to assess the business contribution of paid social activities;
• Conduct and interpret incrementality, conversion lift, and brand lift studies;
• Collaborate closely with Analytics and MarTech teams to further develop tracking, attribution, and measurement concepts within platforms;
• Improve the data foundation for optimization decisions;
• Act as an internal expert and information hub for current developments and innovations in paid social advertising within the digital sales organization.

• Completed degree in a business-related field;
• Several years of operational experience designing, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on leading paid social platforms, especially Meta and TikTok;
• Experience developing creative strategies and designing, implementing, and evaluating creative tests;
• Experience working with creative, social media, and creator agencies;
• Experience with common incrementality measurement methods, such as Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Geo Lift, or comparable methods;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive concrete recommendations from data;
• Strong communication skills across all hierarchical levels;
• Teamwork, initiative, and results orientation.
