Jads is an e-commerce marketing agency founded in 2020 that has managed more than €50 million in ad spend and grown through referrals. The agency develops an internal AI-agent system for data analysis, reporting, and decision support.

• Manage own accounts for brands such as Eulenschnitt or Girocard, from strategy through scaling in the chosen channel;
• Develop, set up, and optimize campaigns in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) or Paid Search (Google Ads, Shopping);
• Take responsibility for budgets, forecasting, and testing;
• Decide where the next euro of budget should be allocated;
• Advise clients directly with a clear KPI focus;
• Apply cross-channel thinking and connect the chosen channel to the overall account strategy;
• Contribute to the development of the internal AI-agent system.

• At least 2 years of full-time experience in the chosen channel;
• Ability to independently manage accounts after onboarding;
• Strong Meta knowledge for Paid Social, ideally including TikTok;
• Deep Google Ads experience, including Shopping/PMax, for Paid Search;
• Understanding of how creatives, audiences, and scaling work together;
• Understanding of feeds, account structure, and bidding strategies for profitable Paid Search campaigns;
• E-commerce understanding, especially Shopify;
• KPI-driven mindset;
• Independent working style;
• Willingness to take ownership of account results;
• Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions independently;
• System-oriented mindset and interest in automating repetitive work;
• Availability for the team and clients while working from different locations;
