Online Marketing Nerds provides online marketing and advertising services, with a focus on Google Ads and paid social campaigns.

задачи
- Develop and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and potentially other channels;
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and overall performance;
- Analyze data, test new approaches, and continuously optimize campaigns;
- Provide strategic recommendations and implement them directly;
- Contribute creative ideas for ad copy, creatives, and new formats;
- Help clients achieve successful growth.
требования
- 3–6 Years of experience in online marketing, especially paid advertising;
- Strong expertise in Google Ads;
- Main residence in Germany;
- Three years of agency experience;
- Curiosity and willingness to keep learning;
- Technical affinity and confident use of tools and MS Office, especially Excel;
- Enjoyment of numbers, data, and performance analysis;
- Team-oriented approach;
- Fluent German and good English.
