Lead the creation and optimisation of a global cross-functional GTM Pod strategy focused on growing a specific product area;
Centralize understanding of buying audiences, including customers and personas;
Develop market expertise covering competitor strengths and weaknesses, target audience pain points, and the technology ecosystem;
Clarify Payhawk’s value for buying audiences to Sales and Marketing teams;
Oversee the creation, rollout, and iteration of product positioning, value propositions, and messaging;
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to produce campaigns and content across the customer lifecycle;
Partner with Product to define product strategy and roadmap based on market and sales insights;
Partner with Product on Design Sprints to research and plan go-to-market propositions for new features;
Lead the creation and maintenance of competitive enablement for Sales and Product teams;
Oversee goals, strategy, and execution for new product and feature launches;
Connect Product and Commercial teams to ensure shared understanding and strategic alignment;
Track, measure, and continuously iterate across win rate, deal velocity, pipeline, adoption, and expansion.
требования
2+ Years of B2B product marketing or equivalent experience;
Ideally, experience in B2B SaaS and/or a high-growth startup environment;
Strong communication skills with expertise in writing, storytelling, and live enablement;
Proven ability to turn complex concepts into clear and engaging content, including white papers, web pages, videos, ROI calculators, and presentations;
Proven ability to use advanced AI tools for content generation, rapid messaging optimisation, and market intelligence analysis;
Analytical, data-driven, and customer-focused decision-making;
Humble, ambitious, and eager to make an impact.
