задачи
- Own and scale a portfolio of affiliate partners across key European GEOs;
- Hit and exceed performance targets including FTD volume, partner network growth, and traffic quality;
- Identify, negotiate, and independently onboard new high-potential partners;
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, deciding when to scale and when to stop;
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and advertising standards across markets;
- Develop localised strategies tailored to different European markets;
- Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and legal teams;
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences;
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to department-level processes.
требования
- At least 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in betting/gambling;
- Proven track record in international markets;
- Experience with Tier-1 markets: CA, ES, FR, PT, DACH, IT, AU;
- Understanding of key metrics and ability to analyse traffic effectively;
- Proven experience scaling affiliate marketing results;
- Effective process and stakeholder management;
- English B2.
