TripleTen is an EdTech company that designs and runs tech career learning programs for the US and Latin American markets. It teaches beginners with no prior tech background through cohort-based programs built on its own platform and curriculum, developed in partnership with Nebius AI.

задачи
Own the budget and paid strategy for the advanced programs line, currently around $200K/month and expected to scale several times by year-end;
Run Meta and Google, including YouTube, as core volume channels; open LinkedIn and experiment with Reddit and Twitter;
Own campaign and ad-set architecture, keep-or-kill decisions, data thresholds, weekly cadence, and the decision log;
Brief the content producer and evaluate creative output using performance metrics;
Own traffic quality by reviewing sales call transcripts, monitoring attendance, and influencing target-audience share;
Own attribution and conversion events, including pixel and event setup, separate buying infrastructure, and reconciliation between the ad account, CRM, and BI;
Launch each new program through the relevant channels with its own funnel and targets, increasing sales rather than redistributing share.
требования
4+ Years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, including hands-on account management with real budgets in expensive markets during the last one or two years;
Recent experience with expensive acquisition and long, multi-step funnels in education, B2B, fintech, or high-ticket services;
Ability to work with narrow audiences and limited data, using judgment and defining sufficient delivery for decisions;
Understanding of full-funnel economics, including CAC, contribution, cohorts, lead-to-call, and call-to-sale;
Experience owning attribution, conversion events, pixels, and tracking QA;
Strong A/B testing skills for offers and creatives, with the ability to brief a production team;
Practical experience with AI tools, including Claude, call-analysis tools, MCP connectors, model selection, and hallucination detection;
Full professional English.
