• Develop and execute SMM strategies for the brand;
• Manage social media channels and content plans;
• Create and optimize content for TikTok, Reels and other short-form formats;
• Develop new content formats, rubrics and creative mechanics;
• Track social media metrics and optimize content based on KPIs;
• Build funnels to generate organic and paid traffic through social media;
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across relevant GEOs;
• Work with UGC creators, influencers and media partners;
• Analyze competitors and implement relevant trends and best practices;
• Write and edit copy, ensuring high content quality;
• Brief and manage designers, motion specialists and other contractors;
• Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in iGaming B2B, affiliate, crypto or fintech SMM;
• Experience with SMM strategy development and execution;
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and business metrics;
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and contributing to business results;
• Strong copywriting skills and visual awareness;
• Analytical mindset combined with creativity;
• Experience with short-form video content;
• Ability to work fast while maintaining high quality;
• High level of ownership, attention to detail and initiative;
• English B2+;
• Nice to have: Experience with Mobcash, paid advertising and media seeding, working with UGC creators, influencers or PR, French or Arabic.
