ZiMAD is a US mobile game publisher and developer established in 2009. It creates free-to-play mobile games, including Magic Jigsaw Puzzles, Puzzle Villa, Art of Puzzles, and Dominoes, and develops games designed to support mental well-being and deliver engaging user experiences.
задачи
Learn to launch, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile games and work with advertising networks;
Identify repetitive tasks and bottlenecks in User Acquisition workflows and explore ways to improve them;
Test AI tools and build simple automations to solve practical business problems;
Help adapt team workflows and data infrastructure for AI use cases with analytics and technical teams;
Translate User Acquisition needs into clear requirements covering the problem, necessary data, expected outcome, and acceptance criteria;
Validate solutions on real tasks, support their adoption, document how they work, and measure their impact.
требования
Clarify goals, keep tasks moving, flag blockers early, and follow through to completion;
Break down unfamiliar problems, find missing information, and test possible solutions;
Work comfortably with spreadsheets, interpret metrics, and check data and conclusions for accuracy;
Demonstrate hands-on interest in AI and automation through work, studies, or personal projects and explain the results;
Question existing processes and assess whether they can be simplified, automated, or removed;
Structure tasks, ask focused questions, and explain findings to people with different backgrounds;
English proficiency for communicating with advertising partners, reading technical documentation, and discussing work-related topics in writing and speech;
Be ready to learn User Acquisition, advertising platforms, marketing analytics, and the economics of mobile games;
Nice to have: Experience in UA, performance marketing, or analytics, interest in mobile games and understanding of the market, familiarity with SQL, Python, APIs, n8n, Make, or other data and automation tools, personal projects that reduced manual work or improved a process.
