Build and optimize Selenium automation using Python, Java, or JavaScript;
Use OpenAI API, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI tools to accelerate testing;
Integrate automated testing into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps;
Analyze test failures, logs, and production telemetry;
Build quality metrics around coverage, defects, and test effectiveness;
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams;
Mentor junior QA engineers and improve automation practices;
Use automation, AI, and data to improve quality, increase test coverage, and prevent defects from reaching production.

5+ Years of QA experience;
3+ Years focused on test automation;
Strong Selenium WebDriver experience;
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript;
Hands-on GenAI experience in real engineering workflows;
CI/CD experience;
SQL and data/log analysis skills;
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities;
Nice to have: Playwright, Postman, REST Assured, JMeter, k6, Locust, Docker, Kubernetes, Appium, Security/Accessibility Testing.
