Netquest provides global market research solutions and operates a digital research product available on Android, iOS, and browser extensions.

• Identify, reproduce, investigate, and clearly document defects, including their impact, reproduction steps, logs, evidence, and technical context in JIRA;
• Collaborate with developers to drive incidents through resolution and prevent recurrence;
• Proactively review manual and automated test coverage and address gaps;
• Define automation strategies, frameworks, and tools to maximize test coverage and efficiency;
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation scripts for API, UI, and integration testing;
• Analyze and improve QA processes before they affect product quality;
• Promote a quality culture from the early stages of development;
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, DevOps, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle;
• Configure and optimize automated test execution pipelines in CI/CD environments;
• Ensure fast feedback and reliable, consistent test results;
• Lead by example and promote continuous quality improvement;
• Balance delivery speed with an appropriate level of testing based on risk;
• Lead cross-team discussions and challenge decisions or approaches when necessary;
• Work independently while keeping team members and stakeholders informed and aligned on relevant risks and blockers.

• Strong QA knowledge, including product risk assessment, test strategy definition, effective test case design, coverage gap identification, exploratory testing, and risk-based testing;
• Strong defect analysis and resolution skills, including reproducing issues, analyzing failures and root causes, and communicating defects clearly;
• More than 3 years of QA/testing experience with practical test automation experience;
• Strong programming or scripting skills in at least one language, such as Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript/JavaScript;
• Practical experience testing Android and iOS applications on physical devices and emulators/simulators;
• Experience testing permissions, different connectivity conditions, and platform-specific scenarios;
• Practical experience automating web and/or mobile tests with Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or equivalent tools;
• Good knowledge of API, database, and CI/CD testing, including API validation, basic SQL, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;
• Good command of Git and common development workflows;
• Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and communicate risks and blockers clearly;
• Conversational English;
• Nice to have: browser extension testing, permissions, cross-browser compatibility, installation and update processes, JIRA, Confluence, Testmo, Docker, AWS, performance/load testing, BDD/Cucumber, accessibility, security testing, visual testing.
