Tabby builds financial products used by millions of users across the GCC. It operates high-load, security-critical systems with strict regulatory requirements.

• Run smoke and regression tests before workflow and system releases;
• Verify bug fixes and configuration changes across affected processes;
• Maintain release sign-off checklists and flag items that are not ready to ship;
• Track testing progress, results and open issues;
• Reproduce reported issues and isolate their triggering conditions;
• Inspect API requests and responses to identify failures;
• Read application logs, execution traces and error messages;
• Write reproducible bug reports with steps, expected and actual behaviour, environment, severity and evidence;
• Triage incoming reports, remove noise and duplicates, and route valid problems to the right owner;
• Monitor running automations and integrations for failures;
• Investigate failed or stuck runs and identify whether the cause is configuration, integration or a system defect;
• Perform safe re-runs and recovery steps for known failure patterns under guidance;
• Track recurring failures and surface patterns for proper resolution;
• Execute, review and update test cases as workflows evolve;
• Keep test data, environment notes and process documentation current;
• Identify coverage gaps and propose test cases for recurring missed scenarios;
• Contribute to a shared knowledge base of known issues, workarounds and debugging playbooks;
• Work with business stakeholders, system analysts, product managers and engineers to confirm expected behaviour and validate fixes;
• Communicate testing status and blockers to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Support end users during workflow change rollouts by verifying real-world scenarios.

• Recent graduate in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field;
• Working understanding of REST APIs, status codes, JSON payloads and sending requests with tools such as Postman;
• Basic Python or JavaScript scripting skills sufficient to read automation scripts and make small adjustments;
• Strong analytical thinking and patience for methodical issue reproduction;
• High attention to detail and a structured, documentation-friendly working style;
• Clear written English;
• Willingness to learn quickly, ask questions and own a small piece of work end to end;
• Saudi nationals only;
• This position is aimed at fresh graduates;
• Nice to have: QA fundamentals, hands-on API testing, familiarity with webhooks and authentication flows, exposure to workflow automation or low-code platforms, experience with issue trackers or test management tools, interest in fintech/payments/high-volume transactional systems, academic or personal work involving testing, debugging or integration.

• Six-month internship starting autumn 2026;
