• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing of software;
• Develop and maintain test cases, checklists, and test plans;
• Test web applications, APIs, and backend services;
• Identify, analyze, and document system defects;
• Verify fixes and perform retesting;
• Analyze requirements and identify potential discrepancies during early development stages;
• Work with logs and databases and analyze root causes of errors;
• Prepare test result reports and ensure software release quality;
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other team members to resolve defects promptly;
• Participate in improving testing processes and software quality assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational diploma;
• At least 3 years of experience in manual software testing;
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, smoke, acceptance, and load testing;
• Experience writing test cases, checklists, test plans, and bug reports;
• Understanding of SDLC/STLC and software development processes;
• Experience testing web applications and APIs;
• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, and JSON;
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL;
• Experience with Jira or similar tools, Postman, Swagger, and test documentation management systems;
• Skills in log analysis and Git;
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
