TransPerfect Games provides game testing and client support for titles ranging from independent productions to AAA games.

• Collaborate with the QA team, designers, and engineers to understand interdependencies between game systems, mechanics, and player experience;
• Design, create, and maintain cross-system test cases and scenarios for assigned game areas;
• Assist with test case execution prioritization;
• Participate in Test Plan preparation and review;
• Assess the Test Strategy with QA Leads and the QA Manager;
• Participate in feature deep-dives, documentation and requirements analysis, and identify edge cases, corner cases, and quality gaps;
• Execute test cases and scenarios efficiently and on time to ensure maximum coverage;
• Collaborate with automation engineers to identify test cases suitable for automation and provide inputs for automation scripts;
• Monitor and track test execution, defects, and test coverage, reporting deviations or risks to relevant stakeholders;
• Develop risk awareness among team members;
• Own and improve QA processes in assigned areas;
• Support QA Testers by clarifying test case execution details and providing guidance on test scenarios and expected results;
• Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and documentation preparation.

• Excellent written communication skills, especially in English;
• Ability to break down existing and proposed game systems and features into executable test cases and scenarios;
• Experience with static and dynamic testing of game systems, mechanics, and features;
• Ability to shift perspective between different user types and the development team;
• Critical thinking and ability to identify edge and corner cases;
• Ability to identify risks and understand systems, including reasoning and justification;
• Ability to share knowledge through mentoring and documentation;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
• Must have the right to work in Warsaw as a Polish citizen, EU citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a relevant work permit or visa;
• Must be based in the Warsaw area or within commuting distance of the office;
• Nice to have: immediate availability, game testing experience, passion or interest in MMORPGs, security testing or fuzzing tools, performance or stress testing tools and methodologies, accessibility testing, certification testing or lot checks, Fiddler or Netmon, ADO, JIRA or Bugzilla, shipped software products, certificates in game testing, design or engineering.

• Mandate contract;
• Onsite work during core business hours, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day;
• Must provide supporting documentation confirming the right to work in Warsaw.
