Recruit and select IT professionals;
Post job advertisements and screen CVs;
Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, and other channels;
Schedule and conduct interviews;
Manage client needs and support business development.
требования
Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a similar field;
At least 6 months of professional experience;
Fluency in Portuguese, spoken and written;
Proficiency in English, spoken and written;
Strong sense of responsibility;
Good time management and organisational skills;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Legal authorization to work in Portugal;
Nice to have: IT sector experience.
