задачи
Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies;
Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms;
Source, screen, and engage candidates through various recruitment channels;
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers;
Maintain recruitment records and candidate information within the HR system;
Support employer branding initiatives, employee referral programmes, and other talent attraction activities;
Liaise with external recruitment agencies where required;
Prepare employment-related documentation throughout the employee lifecycle;
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities;
Maintain accurate employee records and support employee lifecycle administration, including probation reviews and employment changes;
Assist with implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines;
Ensure HR documentation and personnel records are maintained accurately and in accordance with company requirements;
Maintain employee information within the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness;
Support the preparation of HR reports and workforce information;
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on routine HR matters;
Support employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and internal communication initiatives;
Support the HR Manager with departmental initiatives and HR projects;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, templates, and documentation;
Participate in HR initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and organisational growth.
требования
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or another related field;
Minimum three years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience, including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations;
Proven experience working in an international and multicultural organization with stakeholders across different countries;
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
Experience using a Human Resources Information System (HRIS);
Valid work authorization within the European Union;
Nice to have: experience supporting a growing organization, business expansion, or HR transformation initiatives, experience with Personio, a professional qualification in Human Resources such as CIPD or equivalent, knowledge of Greek and/or an additional language.
