- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, or employee-support activities;
- Maintain accurate applicant or employee records and documentation;
- Support scheduling, follow-up, and communications with internal and external stakeholders;
- Handle sensitive information with appropriate confidentiality;
- Assist with process tracking, reporting, and administrative workflow improvements.
требования
- Relevant experience or transferable skills aligned with the Talent Acquisition Assistant role;
- Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines;
- Comfort using spreadsheets, documentation tools, and role-relevant systems;
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly where applicable.
