задачи
- Support full-cycle recruitment across several plants;
- Hire operators and technical workers;
- Assist with white-collar and technical recruitment;
- Partner with plant managers and HRBPs on hiring needs;
- Build candidate pipelines and participate in employer branding;
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes.
требования
- 1–3 Years of experience;
- Learn quickly and be able to grow into an independent recruiter;
- Communicate comfortably with candidates and plant teams;
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude;
- Proficient in English;
- Nice to have: manufacturing or automotive experience, a bachelor’s degree.
