proSapient helps consulting and private equity firms discover knowledge to support their decisions. It connects clients with industry experts for interviews and surveys, curates that knowledge on a software platform, and helps clients surface knowledge through knowledge management.
задачи
Source candidates through advertising, social media, and direct channels to find talent in each location;
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by interviewing and processing candidates and handling offers;
Interview and proactively source entry-level talent for high-volume Client Services hiring across the London and Lisbon teams;
Use the ATS daily to track candidates and apply data to improve processes and candidate experience;
Work with the wider team to develop a strategy for proactive university relationships;
Support large-scale hiring initiatives with the wider EMEA Talent team to meet 2027 hiring targets;
Research recruitment projects and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness and raise the bar for future hires.
требования
Experience with multi-channel sourcing, entry-level or graduate talent sourcing, and building and maintaining talent pipelines at volume;
Experience with repetitive, high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and candidate experience;
Proactive, self-starting approach and willingness to take initiative;
Drive, resilience, urgency, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment;
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills;
Strong organisation and attention to detail in admin-heavy, high-volume workflows;
Ability to handle confidential information professionally;
Nice to have: French, German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
