• Manage a dedicated Talent Acquisition team focused on recruitment for regional roles;
• Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and support personal development;
• Champion Lidl’s leadership and behavioural principles;
• Conduct development conversations and identify progression opportunities;
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the business stream;
• Plan and forecast hiring needs with regional stakeholders;
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations;
• Lead hiring decisions and oversee temporary agency worker processes;
• Act as the escalation point for candidate queries and complaints;
• Evaluate agency performance and ensure quality candidate pipelines;
• Ensure smooth contracting and onboarding processes;
• Lead quarterly QPA meetings with stakeholders;
• Support national recruitment projects as a subject matter expert;
• Collaborate with the employer brand team to boost attraction campaigns;
• Provide on-site recruitment support across regional offices, stores and warehouses.

• Proven experience in recruitment and team management;
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
• A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement;
• Understanding of employment law and recruitment compliance;
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
