- Manage the full recruitment cycle from taking a brief from the client to the candidate’s successful start;
- Develop a search strategy for each vacancy, conduct in-depth market research, and build talent maps;
- Apply direct sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search;
- Integrate AI tools into daily recruitment processes;
- Conduct interviews and assess professional competencies and cultural fit;
- Work with ATS and analytics;
- Manage client expectations and maintain effective communication with hiring managers;
- Advise clients on the market and ensure fast, high-quality hiring of key specialists;
- Source experts across various areas.
требования
- Experience in recruitment;
- Practical experience sourcing specialists;
- English at B2 or higher;
- Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search;
- Ability to build partnership relationships with hiring managers and fill complex key positions;
- Readiness to work at a fast pace, suggest new solutions, use AI tools, and influence processes;
- Experience in iGaming.
