• Source and engage candidates for technical, product, and business roles within fintech;
• Use LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other platforms to identify potential candidates;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future hiring needs;
• Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles;
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations to assess interest, motivation, and fit;
• Keep the ATS and sourcing trackers updated with accurate candidate information;
• Monitor fintech market trends and competitor talent strategies.

• Have at least 3–4 years of sourcing or recruitment experience, ideally in fintech or tech;
• Have experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, AmazingHiring, or similar platforms;
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English;
• Take a proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven approach to sourcing;
• Have a research mindset and persistence;
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Be able to multitask and prioritize across multiple roles;
• Have a collaborative, positive attitude and a growth mindset;
• Be passionate about fintech and curious about new roles and technologies;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Teamtailor, Lever, or Greenhouse.
