задачи
- Search for candidates through HH, LinkedIn, Habr, GitHub, specialized Telegram chats, and other sources;
- Post vacancies on job boards, groups, and channels;
- Conduct cold candidate searches and use new sourcing channels;
- Conduct initial screenings;
- Analyze search results by creating candidate funnels and reports;
- Manage and update the candidate database in Huntflow CRM.
требования
- Experience as a sourcer or recruiter;
- Ability to create Boolean and X-Ray queries for effective searches;
- Experience with job platforms including LinkedIn, Habr Career, HH, GitHub, and Telegram chats;
- Skills in posting vacancies and processing applications;
- Experience in cold search and executive search;
- Responsibility, systematic approach, and consistency at work.

- Remote work is available except for Belarus and Russia;
- 5/2 Schedule from 9:00 to 18:00;
