• Source candidates for senior and hard-to-fill positions;
• Focus on non-tech roles across different business functions;
• Build and develop talent pools and work with passive candidates;
• Conduct market mapping and talent market analysis;
• Use LinkedIn, Telegram channels, professional communities, referrals, and other sourcing tools;
• Develop and test sourcing strategies based on the role and market;
• Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.

• 3+ Years of experience in sourcing;
• Experience sourcing non-tech professionals;
• Experience working on Head searches;
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing channels;
• Ability to independently manage complex searches with minimal supervision;
• English at B1 level or higher;
• Curiosity about the talent market and willingness to constantly test new sourcing approaches.
