Own the first steps of the recruitment process, from CV screening to introductory interviews;
Identify and engage talent across different profiles;
Experiment with sourcing strategies, platforms, and AI-powered recruitment tools;
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an outstanding candidate experience;
Participate in side projects related to employer branding and process improvements;
Share ideas for improving hiring processes.
требования
Pursue an end-of-studies internship and be ready to start a career in Talent Acquisition;
Be fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment;
Enjoy fast-paced, high-volume recruitment and stay organized while managing multiple priorities;
Have a sales mindset and be proactive, resilient, and motivated by results;
Be coachable, open to feedback, and eager to grow;
Bring positive energy and curiosity, ask questions, and challenge the status quo;
Nice to have: Fluent French and/or Spanish, experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, prior experience in Talent Acquisition or sales.

Internship for 4 to 6 months, starting in September;
Remote work policy: 1 day per week;
Extensive internal training, hands-on onboarding, and shadowing led by the manager;
