talent acquisition specialist for industrial machinery

Solaris Laser Sp. z o.o. operates in industrial machinery manufacturing and automation machinery manufacturing, with a primary focus on R&D and manufacturing in Poland.

• Run full-cycle recruitment for R&D, Manufacturing, SCH, Finance, IT, Sales, and other openings across EMEA, primarily in Poland, covering white- and blue-collar roles;
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from intake meetings to offer acceptance;
• Partner with HRBPs and provide recruitment guidance and best practices to hiring managers;
• Source external candidates through job postings, networking, headhunting, and innovative sourcing strategies;
• Manage the recruitment process in Workday ATS and ensure compliance with established internal procedures;
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Collaborate with marketing on job posts, social media, and employer events to promote company values and culture;
• Act as a company culture and values ambassador;
• Follow existing Talent Acquisition policies, procedures, and processes and act as a subject matter expert;
• Participate in local, regional, and global TA projects to improve employer branding, candidate experience, and TA tools and processes;
• Represent the TA department during internal and external local audits;
• Lead or coordinate third-party recruitment agency searches for outsourced recruitment projects and track agency performance when required.

• Solid recruitment experience as an in-house recruiter or recruitment agency specialist;
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience across Poland;
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead recruitment projects with remote hiring managers and HRBPs;
• Experience using an ATS;
• Fluent Polish;
• Excellent English skills;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at different organizational levels;
• Ability to work autonomously with a remote manager and provide regular reports;
• Strong teamwork and effective collaboration across international teams;
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
• Nice to have: recruitment experience in other countries within or outside the EU, commercial and engineering recruitment experience, Workday knowledge.
