• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Poland;
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities;
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other relevant channels;
• Screen and assess candidates against defined role requirements;
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further stages of the recruitment process;
• Manage candidate communication throughout the entire recruitment journey;
• Prepare and manage offers, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS;
• Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes, policies, and applicable requirements;
• Track recruitment activity and provide regular updates and reporting;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience;
• Work closely with the wider TA team to share knowledge, best practices, and market insights.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment / Talent Acquisition;
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently;
• Experience recruiting in Poland and good understanding of the local talent market;
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills;
• Experience working with hiring managers and different stakeholders;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities independently;
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach;
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools;
• Good working knowledge of English;
• Nice to have: experience in clinical research, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or a related industry.
