• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial requirements to closing positions in alignment with the HR BP team;
• Attract top professionals and leadership talent through targeted and creative strategies;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and decision-makers across all levels as a strategic sparring partner;
• Analyze relevant KPIs, derive actionable measures, and continuously improve recruiting processes;
• Use modern tools, platforms, and AI-powered technologies for sourcing and engagement;
• Contribute to employer branding projects and enhance Zumtobel Group’s visibility as an attractive employer;
• Monitor market trends, identify new developments, and integrate innovative approaches into the recruiting strategy.

• Have 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience in an agency or in-house environment;
• Have experience with direct sourcing, active candidate engagement, and interviewing;
• Think creatively and strategically, with a willingness to explore unconventional approaches;
• Approach recruiting with a business mindset and maintain a broader perspective;
• Communicate persuasively and build stakeholder trust through empathy, clarity, and conviction;
• Apply new technologies, tools, and AI solutions effectively and purposefully;
• Use KPIs to make smart, data-driven decisions;
• Be fluent in Serbian and English;
• Nice to have: Additional languages.
