задачи
Facilitate behavioural video interviews with hiring managers and candidates, providing professional insights and guidance in assessing and selecting qualified candidates;
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to optimize recruiting strategies and improve overall hiring effectiveness;
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational objectives and develop strategic workforce plans aligned with business needs;
Implement innovative sourcing strategies through social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals;
Use screening techniques and assessment tools to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit;
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support;
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
требования
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition;
German proficiency at minimum C1 level;
English proficiency at minimum B2 level;
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;
Ability to adapt communication style to various audiences;
Ability to influence and act as a trusted advisor using strong business acumen;
Ability to set and manage candidate and hiring manager expectations;
Resourceful, determined, and collaborative approach with a strong sense of urgency;
Nice to have: Any other language.
