Conduct full-cycle recruitment for engineering and research roles across EMEA Search, AI, and Infrastructure;
Build outbound-first pipelines through advanced research, talent mapping across frontier labs and academia, referrals, AI-assisted automation, and creative outreach;
Partner with hiring managers and engineers to calibrate profiles and sharpen hiring standards;
Introduce candidates to Perplexity by presenting an authentic and compelling story about its mission, product, and culture;
Track and analyze pipeline data to improve sourcing strategy;
Build custom recruiting tooling where off-the-shelf solutions fall short;
Adapt to shifting priorities, hard-to-fill roles, new pillars, and compressed timelines.
требования
4 Years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience;
Proven sourcing-first track record of filling hard roles through outbound recruiting and talent mapping;
Strong technical literacy and confidence holding credible conversations with senior engineers;
Eagerness to adopt AI tools, automate workflows, and experiment with AI-powered recruiting;
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners;
Curiosity, adaptability, and an impact-oriented mindset.
