Partner with hiring Leads to scale the engineering organization;
Design and own recruitment strategies with business stakeholders;
Autonomously manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing;
Craft compelling candidate narratives and deliver a best-in-class experience;
Use data to support hiring recommendations, retrospectively improve processes, remove bottlenecks, and optimize automation and global scalability;
Identify and solve complex problems proactively;
Drive recruitment initiatives with a 6+ month horizon.
требования
Proven experience hiring talent across Software Engineering, including Front-End, Back-End, Mobile, Platform, and Leadership;
Deep market and domain knowledge;
High autonomy and ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-changing workloads;
Experience adopting HR technology and automating processes;
Resilience, curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills;
Ability to use data to identify hiring blockers and optimize scalable processes;
Expert stakeholder management and strong storytelling and communication skills;
Ability to build trust and foster partnerships across the organization;
Continuous improvement and growth mindset;
Strong experience, relevant skills, and ability to articulate thinking; educational background is not important;
