• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job requisition to offer acceptance;
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract engineering talent;
• Proactively source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach;
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future engineering roles;
• Advise engineering stakeholders on recruitment practices and market trends;
• Build relationships with hiring managers and provide tailored recruitment solutions;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding;
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates;
• Report recruitment progress and outcomes to stakeholders;
• Use data to identify improvement areas and implement changes;
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to supplement sourcing efforts;
• Ensure agency-referred candidates meet company standards and requirements.

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter in the software engineering sector;
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, including Lever;
• Business-level English proficiency or above, equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR.
