• Work with one client at a time and become deeply embedded in their culture;
• Partner with senior stakeholders and explain the value of effective talent practices;
• Provide an excellent candidate experience;
• Support senior recruiters with top-of-funnel activities and hiring events.

• Have 2–4 years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong sourcing skills and Boolean expertise;
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders;
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
