Develop and maintain long-term relationships with investors, architects, designers, and contractors;
Identify and acquire new projects in the market;
Present the company, products, and technical solutions to relevant decision-makers;
Monitor market opportunities and investment projects from early development through completion;
Define project engagement strategies and commercial approaches for clients;
Coordinate activities with internal expert teams during project preparation and execution;
Negotiate commercial terms and lead the contracting process;
Achieve sales targets and develop the business in line with the company strategy.
требования
Higher education in a technical or economics field;
At least 3 years of experience in project sales, business development, or project management;
Experience in the project market for technical solutions and equipment for commercial, business, residential, and infrastructure facilities;
Experience working with investors, architects, designers, and contractors;
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills;
Proactive approach and ability to independently manage complex business activities;
Good command of English;
Category B driving license.
