Business Development Manager

RockRim helps game developers and publishers with publishing, user acquisition, monetization, payment, and Merchant of Record solutions.

• Build and manage a pipeline of game developers, publishers, and strategic partners across EMEA;
• Lead discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, and handoff into implementation;
• Develop trusted relationships with founders, studio executives, publishing teams, and commercial leaders;
• Represent RockRim at gaming conferences, partner meetings, and industry events;
• Work with publishing, advertising, payments, legal, and product teams to shape partner proposals;
• Track market shifts, competitor activity, and regional opportunities to improve go-to-market strategy;
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and clear next steps across active opportunities.

• 4+ Years of business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales experience in gaming, ad tech, payments, or a related digital industry;
• Strong understanding of how game studios acquire users, monetize players, and distribute products;
• Track record of developing senior relationships and closing multi-stakeholder commercial agreements;
• Clear written and spoken English;
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and account planning skills;
• Ability to work independently across time zones and travel for partner meetings and industry events;
• Nice to have: additional European or Middle Eastern languages, existing relationships with game developers or publishers in EMEA, experience with mobile payments, Merchant of Record, user acquisition, or alternative app stores, experience working in a fast-moving international company.
