It enables businesses and individuals to send and receive cryptocurrency with minimal fees, provides crypto payment integration consulting and an affiliate program, and helps businesses adopt crypto payment solutions and expand their networks globally. Evotym is a staffing and recruitment agency connecting talent with fintech and iGaming companies.
задачи
Identify and acquire new merchants, clients and strategic partners within the crypto payments ecosystem;
Develop and maintain relationships with PSPs, payment providers and other industry partners;
Research markets and identify opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth;
Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and first contact to negotiation and closing;
Build and expand MoneyMania’s global partner network across key markets;
Own commercial KPIs and contribute directly to new business and revenue growth;
Take responsibility for daily financial operations;
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
требования
2+ Years of Business Development or Sales experience in FinTech, Crypto, Payments or related industries;
Proven track record of acquiring new clients, merchants or business partners;
Strong understanding of the crypto payments and broader Payments ecosystem;
Experience working with PSPs, payment providers, merchants or other financial partners;
Strong sales mindset with ownership of commercial KPIs and revenue growth;
Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities and develop new business strategies;
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
Analytical mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach;
Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced international FinTech/Crypto environment;
English proficiency;
Nice to have: Russian.
