Kipp&Zonen develops critical water and weather solutions that help detect floods, improve solar energy efficiency, protect the environment, and save lives. The company operates in meteorology and hydrology and is part of Veralto’s Water Quality segment.
задачи
Achieve turnover targets and KPIs across assigned accounts, countries, and territories while tracking sales forecasts and the pipeline;
Develop distribution partners and target accounts by identifying growth potential and implementing territory-appropriate strategies;
Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and partners to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
Drive account performance using KPIs, conduct QBRs, and deploy corrective action plans when necessary;
Develop new business opportunities through direct and indirect channels using a consultative selling approach;
Execute business plans effectively and manage interactions or conflicts within the Kipp&Zonen partner network;
Monitor market developments and industry trends through research, internal exchanges, and professional events;
Identify prospects and establish lasting relationships with authorities, engineering offices, and other stakeholders influencing purchasing decisions;
Negotiate and manage client-specific contracts, projects, and product developments in coordination with internal departments;
Analyze competitors’ activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify competitive advantages and adapt the business approach;
Participate in customer visits, calls, trade shows, seminars, workshops, product demonstrations and evaluations, customer events, and partner management.
требования
High school diploma required;
5+ Years of sales experience with channel partners and key accounts, preferably in meteorology;
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills;
Ability to communicate with people from varied technical backgrounds;
Proficiency with a CRM tool for funnel management and forecasting;
Fluent written and spoken French;
Fluent written and spoken English;
Ability to travel as required within Western and Southern Europe;
Valid driver’s license;
Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset;
Nice to have: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Spanish.
