• Actively acquire new clients interested in Salesforce solutions and services;
• Independently conduct prospecting activities and build a sales pipeline;
• Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities from prospecting and inbound leads;
• Build long-term relationships with client-side stakeholders and decision-makers;
• Manage the sales process from first contact to contract signing;
• Coordinate commercial offers and responses to RFI and RFP;
• Conduct presentations, sales meetings, and negotiations;
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, presales, and delivery experts in the Competency Center;
• Achieve set sales goals and KPIs.

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling IT services or solutions;
• Previous experience selling enterprise-class platform solutions;
• Ability to actively prospect and acquire new clients;
• Ability to build business relationships and discuss matters with key decision-makers;
• Experience preparing offers and managing RFI/RFP processes;
• Ability to manage the end-to-end sales process;
• Independence, initiative, proactivity, and a strong focus on achieving sales goals;
• Fluent in Polish and English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Salesforce.
