Develop and execute sales strategies;
Manage key customer relationships;
Expand the client base within the agricultural and irrigation sectors;
Identify new business opportunities;
Conduct client meetings and product presentations;
Negotiate contracts and pricing;
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction;
Monitor market trends;
Prepare sales forecasts and reports;
Train and support the sales team;
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
требования
Strong skills in sales strategy, account management, and business development within industrial or agricultural products;
Experience in customer relationship management, negotiation, and contract management;
Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales plans and forecasts, and report on performance using relevant tools and metrics;
Knowledge of agricultural irrigation systems or related technical products, with the ability to learn product specifications quickly;
Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to present to groups and conduct client meetings;
Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment;
Ability to mentor sales staff and coordinate activities across teams;
Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools;
Valid ability to travel locally and regionally as needed;
Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field, prior experience in sales management or senior sales roles, experience in irrigation, agricultural equipment, or industrial manufacturing.
