• Demonstrated experience in sales management, including team leadership, coaching, and performance tracking;
• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation;
• Ability to analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies;
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to collaborate across departments;
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard office productivity tools;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in media, advertising, or related industries, fluency in the local language, strong working knowledge of English.
